We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager for a leading e-commerce, logistics, and cloud services company. The role focuses on managing and expanding the Pickup network in Italy while driving business growth through new commercial relationships.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the Pickup network in Italy, working with existing partners and converting new leads into opportunitiesDrive Pickup Locations CX to ensure best-in-class experience, service, and convenienceInteract with small businesses to contribute to division growth through new commercial relationshipsManage offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners to increase awareness and utilizationConduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports using Excel and other analytical toolsBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Strong analytical and operational background with advanced Excel and data analysis skillsSuperior communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in strategic thinking and creative problem-solvingFluency in both English and Italian (English will be the primary business language)Experience in all phases of account management including prospecting, acquisition, integration, and retention of partnersThe ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytically minded, and capable of building strong relationships while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
