We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the Power Generation sector. This role will be crucial in developing long-term relationships with customers, maximizing revenue potential, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and a proven track record in sales strategy and customer relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of the sales plan within the Power Generation sector to maximize sales, revenue, and market share.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute marketing strategies and develop new approaches, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
* Work with the Inside Sales department to define sales objectives, pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
* Develop and manage client relationships, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
* Create and manage a Long-Term Fidelity Program with customers to achieve progressive service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Gather customer feedback on new products and services and work closely with the Technical Sales department to evaluate opportunities for new product development.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, particularly within the Power Generation or energy sector.
* Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies and objectives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience in coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
* Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
