TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is expanding and strengthening its Brescia office team. We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent.
What are we looking for?
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to internal employees and external clients. They will report directly to the IT Operations Manager, assisting with Service Desk and Quality Assurance activities.
Specifically, they will provide application and infrastructure support on existing systems.
What qualifications should you have?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, even in complex situations.
Experience in managing relationships with internal and external clients.
Experience in 1st and 2nd level Help Desk within the ICT sector.
Knowledge of MySQL Workbench (MariaDB).
Understanding of web application functionality.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to draft technical operational documentation.
Teamwork-oriented mindset.
Goal-oriented approach, with attention to precision and detail.
Good knowledge of English.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Jira Service Desk and Jira Software.
Knowledge of AS400.
Familiarity with key processes in the banking-financial sector.
