Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic and commercial plans for assigned accounts in designated territories to protect and maximize commercial opportunities.
* Map and identify new key accounts for existing and new products within the portfolio.
* Maintain all activities in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and applicable legislation (Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Good Practice – Farmaindustria).
* Increase global awareness of Grindeks Kalceks brands and the company within selected accounts.
* Monitor competitor performance to safeguard and promote GKI position in the market.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities through CRM tool reporting.
Requirements:
* University degree or professional training in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, business administration/economics).
* Preferably 10-15 years of seniority in generics products in the retail sales channel.
* Able to build long-term customer relationships and establish a network with wholesalers/pharmacies purchasing groups (preferably working with GX products).
* Excellent learning skills and desire to join a dynamic and fast-growing company.
* Results-driven approach.
* Proven track record of successful sales.
* Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
* Able to multitask between multiple websites and applications.
