As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role coaching and leading a team of Sales Specialists to deliver commercial success. You will help us drive forward the execution of regional and local account plans, ensuring sales objectives and financial targets are met.

A Typical Day
* Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Specialists.
* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development planning to improve team performance.
* Manage the performance of the Sales Specialist Team, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
* Track Key Performance Indicators to measure and optimize business impact.
* Foster strong, productive relationships with Regeneron’s co-commercialization partners.
* Expand Regeneron’s reputation by building meaningful connections with Key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
* Ensure the effective deployment of resources, increasing efficiency and return on investment.

To Be Considered
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or life sciences is required. Candidates must have at least seven years of progressive industry experience, including previous first-line management experience with demonstrated people management and coaching capability. A strong track record in account management and commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry is essential, as is proficiency in financial tools and processes for implementing brand plans. The ability to influence, network, and communicate effectively is critical. Experience in the respiratory therapy area or biologics, along with established Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, would be highly advantageous.
