Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missions
- Manage the entire software lifecycle, from definition to distribution.
- Develop business cases for new product initiatives.
- Conduct cost analyses to assess feasibility and return on investment.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather and define product requirements in collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Work synergistically with technical and business teams to ensure product success.
- Communicate effectively in English with international teams and partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Your profile
- Previous experience as a Product Manager IT or in related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in creating business cases and conducting cost analysis.
- Experience in market and competitor analysis.
- Ability to gather and define product requirements.
- Academic background: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
