The Advocate Group has exclusively partnered with a global footwear brand who are prominent across the lifestyle space. With year on year growth, the business is looking to add a strong Key Account Manager to lead on strategic accounts across the South Europe Region.
The business is looking for a candidate who is accustomed to working with key/strategic accounts across an EMEA, European or International basis, who has focused upon driving market share.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular customer meetings to ensure strategy is followed and executed. Close relationship with buying and merchandising teams with accounts is critical. Prepare and deliver seasonal pre-line and sell-in meetings with buyers. Gather and share regular sales information.
2. Lead the seasonal range selection for the accounts based on customer needs and performance. Providing detailed forecasts and product suggestions.
3. Together with brand marketing, plan and implement a marketing strategy for the launch of any new categories or products in line with the seasonal GTM country plans.
4. Work closely with Sales Manager in relation to GTM, future sales plans, brand & product needs.
5. Work to achieve the required sales and gross margin targets as defined by the brand group plan.
6. As a senior member of the sales team, ensure strong communication links between all departments are maintained in conjunction with customer service, manage the ship to process.
7. Manage to budget stock levels and ensure that sales are to forecast and plan.
8. Perform duties consistent with the company’s policies & targeted objectives for the year relating to the company’s appraisal scheme.
9. Perform other duties as required/assigned by Regional Sales Manager or Senior Management team.
10. Attend and contribute during Brand Meetings and develop connections with other peers in Europe.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Key accounts management experience, specifically within the fashion and/or footwear industry.
2. Able to demonstrate that they have significantly grown a key account business.
3. Implemented targeted marketing campaigns for key account businesses.
4. Provable negotiation and influencing skills.
5. Knowledge of the fashion footwear industry would be of benefit.
6. Good oral and written communication skills including English.
7. IT proficient including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
