We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team.
Acting as the Ambassador of the brand, inspires and develops the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets by providing a unique in-store experience to the Bally clientele.
Owner and responsible for the achievement of the store target and the growth of the business, implement and maintain concrete actions in line with Bally Brand strategy, ensuring operative functioning and correct management of product, visual merchandising and operations, and the development of human resources in line with the “Retail Excellence” program, company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage the business, ensuring sales target are met, maximizing the business potential of the store and the sales by category.
Guarantee excellence in store maintenance and image, ensuring appropriate store procedures’ implementation and an efficient stock management.
Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store according to the “Bally Client Journey”.
Build effective relationship with new/existing Clients.
Ensure an effective omnichannel approach.
Drive the store staff to exceed their KPI’s, ensuring staff optimization vs business needs.
Coach&Train store team members while motivating and retaining them
