Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Magnetic Resonance (MR) Product Manager in assigned regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting UIH MR products, expanding the customer base, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop MR product strategy in assigned regions
* Promote UIH MR products to expand customer base and increase market share
* Closely collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and product marketing objectives for MR modality
* Execute Go-to-Market strategies and action plans aimed at improving project win rates
* Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in strategic countries
* Interface directly with prospective customers to determine optimal MR system configurations aligned with their clinical requirements
* Create and deliver customized presentations, product demonstrations, and reference site visits for potential customers
* Regularly conduct market surveys and competitor analyses within the region
* Prepare training materials and deliver dedicated product training sessions to customers, business partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders
Qualification Requirements:
* Technical knowledge of medical imaging technologies and equipment with a strong emphasis on Magnetic Resonance (MR)
* Bachelor's degree or above in medical sciences or related fields
* Minimum 5 years of successful professional experience with proven leadership in the diagnostic imaging industry (preferably focused on MR modality)
* Strong business acumen combined with excellent communication skills and project management capabilities
* Deep understanding of the MR diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer requirements
* Open-minded attitude coupled with entrepreneurial spirit
* Fluency in Italian and English is required
