Your responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage brand and market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
* Work closely with COM leadership and other departments to implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product and project communication, including launches and feature releases. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
* Craft compelling product/technology positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and services. Develop clear and concise value propositions for all relevant target groups.
* Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including, but not limited to, the website, social media channels, email campaigns, events, and marketing collateral.
* Collaborate with the team to help develop and maintain a clear brand voice and style.
* Provide the sales and business development team with the marketing tools and support to position our products effectively. Support the development of sales collateral, presentations, and competitive analysis.
* Work closely with sales, business and product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, including regular status meetings.
* Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Build and nurture relationships with key partners and customers to gather feedback, testimonials, white papers, speaking opportunities, and case studies for global marketing efforts.
Your profile
Qualifications and Skills
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of five years of work experience in B2B product marketing or communications-related roles in a similar business environment.
* Proven track record of successfully marketing products.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems; experience with AI tools is a plus.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment; agile and adaptable mindset.
* Driven by success with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
* Customer-centric (internal and external).
* Self-starter delivering results with minimal supervision.
