Service Sales Specialist, Healthcare Informatics
Job Description
Drive growth by leveraging data and insights in collaboration with Account Managers, Local teams, and other Sales Specialists to exceed financial targets for Service Sales.
Enterprise Informatics is a key driver of growth for Philips in the next decade.
A focused Service Sales Organization is being created for Europe to achieve annual growth of 10-15% in the next 5 years.
Your Role:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed financial targets for Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions.
* Own identified Accounts to drive service contract renewals/upsells through direct engagement with customers.
* Sustain existing business and drive profitable new business that exceeds territory sales targets in services.
* Use effective management, prospecting, and qualifying activities to communicate business direction.
* Maintain relationships with account sales teams for timely forecast submissions.
* Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting via lead and opportunity management.
* Monitor competition and industry changes in the respective domain.
* Provide feedback on product and service offerings expansion.
* Drive continuous improvements using LEAN.
You're the Right Fit If:
* University Degree and 1-5 years of related experience.
* Exposure to the Healthcare domain and Healthcare IT.
* Expertise in Data Analytics and AI for sales insights.
* Consultative selling skills and direct customer exposure.
