For our Outlet Store in Cornuda (Treviso province), we are now looking for a brilliant and motivated Store Manager. Your role as a Store Manager will be crucial to the store’s success on a daily basis. PREPARE YOUR BACKPACK FOR: Managing your team (up to 5 people) Coaching, leading, and developing your team to ensure a superior customer experience Achieving KPIs, sales targets, and results Producing reports and analyses Managing inbound and outbound inventory flows Ensuring the maintenance of high presentation standards, including adherence to visual merchandising guidelines Embodying and transmitting with passion the company DNA through the finest product knowledge Advising customers Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with customers Maintaining store standards according to the guidelines THE PERFECT MATCH: The perfect candidate is a / has: A mountain and outdoor lover with a strong connection to alpinism, trekking, and/or outdoor life A strong team player with a talent for inspiring people Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sport/lifestyle retail Flexibility and availability to work full-time A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of French is considered a plus. POSITION: Place of Work: Cornuda, ITALY FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time, 40h/week. Availability to work on some Sundays as well as on selected festive days will be required. The starting wage for the position is 31.5K€ meal ticket yearly variable bonus upon objectives.
