We’re looking for self-employed, freelance travel professionals who want to become part of the OsaBus ecosystem. As a Customer Consultant (or Independent Travel Agent), you’ll manage customer inquiries from our CRM, help travelers with their booking needs, and support our clients from first contact to trip completion.
This is a remote, commission-based role—perfect for someone ambitious, self-driven, and experienced in travel services or customer care.
What You’ll Do
- Be the local face of OsaBus in Italy.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and bookings through our custom CRM system.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to finalize trip details and ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor ongoing customer conversations and follow up in a timely, professional manner.
- Work full-time hours to be responsive during standard business hours in your region.
- Handle post-trip support and feedback.
- Send us a monthly invoice for completed trips (you get paid only for trips that have already taken place)

What You Bring
- Fluency in Italian + English language.
- You’re self-employed (able to issue invoices).
- Experience in customer service, travel coordination, or hospitality.
- You are reliable, responsive, and committed to answering customers within working hours.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A good eye for detail and understanding of how to handle travel requests.
- Motivation to grow your income and responsibilities as we expand.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience with CRM or sales platforms.
- Understanding of B2B/B2C travel bookings or transport services.
- Strong local network in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with group travel logistics.
Important Notes
- This is not a salaried position.
- You will only be paid for trips that have already occurred (no advance payments for future bookings).
- You must be available to work during regular local business hours.
