The SnNSM is fully accountable for the sales in country and as such she/he will work closely with the client as a key member of its local leadership team to drive compliant sales success in the field in a “new normal” COVID environment, launching a 1st in class product with new MoA. The SnNSM will have oversight for all the deployed Sales Managers and the field-based sales team. He/she will play a key leadership role in the operational planning and executing for the product promotion. Responsibilities will include leading a sales team across the country. The SnNSM will work closely with the internal operations team and the client stakeholders to support the design and lead the execution of the product sales strategy (Field targeting, regional territory plans, call effectiveness and performance monitoring). The SnNSM ensures all of these missions in accordance with the ethics, the ethical and professional rules in force, the Public Health Code, the Charter for Promotional Information and its current reference document, the Quality Policy, internal procedures and the strategic choices of the client.In this role, you will:Work closely with the VP Commercial and internal SYNH deployment solutions COE’s (Recruitment, HR, Training, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Legal)Lead a team of Product Specialists across the assigned region, promoting the product to targeted healthcare professionals (HCP’s) and identified accounts to achieve/exceed agreed business sales targets, using the right message, through the right channelWork in a broader matrix ecosystem as part of Syneos Health and the Clients EUCAN sales team, being part of the client leadership team and steering committeeUnderstand the Client strategy for product launch, ensuring successful uptake of the product and ongoing sales targets are met in line with the agreed work orderFulfil legal requirements in country to work in the pharmaceutical industry: the promotional information visit diploma or equivalent (example of equivalence: VAE certification, scientific diploma giving equivalence to the VM diploma) and full clean driving licenseHave experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in a sales, marketing and commercial operations capacityHave experience in sales and marketing roles with responsibility for prescription pharmaceutical businessHave experience in line-management roles within biotech, pharma or medical device or diagnostics preferred: experience in service side role within biopharma consultancy or agency servicesDesired RequirementsPrevious first and second line sales management experience including product launchDemonstrable evidence of a leader who strives for a new way of working and holistic customer journey approachAbility to travel nationally frequently and internationally on occasionAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
