Sales Director
As Sales Director, you will report to the Cluster Leader and be responsible for the commercial development of all our product universes.
You will lead different sales profiles within the Italian office as part of the SC Europe Sales Force. This includes business developers (new business/hunting), account managers, and executives (existing accounts/farming).
Missions
* Ensure performance linked to commercial activity
1. Develop and manage the acquisition strategy of new customers within the cluster, with marketing and programs teams
2. Analyse, evaluate, and manage client portfolio development
3. Analyse and evaluate long-term evolution of client relationships based on CRM data
4. Contribute to analysis of competitive practices and market trends
5. Contribute to monitoring information about entrusted clients (news, priorities, strategy, etc.)
6. Lead good practices within teams
7. Coordinate activities with key teams (Partners, Start up, Pre-Sales, TAM, Marketing, Comms)
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure ROI of commercial actions and optimize commercial budgets
1. Optimize revenue and validate financial projections based on identified business potential
2. Report to Management on activity and means implemented to achieve revenue targets
Team Leadership
* Lead a team with various profiles
1. Recruit best talents and manage rapid onboarding process and team integration
2. Define and monitor individual objectives/KPIs and performance
3. Identify necessary training needs and bring team up to speed
4. Facilitate communication and coordination within team
Large Account Management
* Farm Tech account base
* Hunt for new Tech accounts & partners
* Manage RFPs
Public Representation
* Local spokesperson of OVHCloud Media interviews within Tech sector
* Participate in events/forums focused on Tech sector
Profile
* A minimum of 10 years' sales experience selling complex IT solutions, Channel/Enterprise; ideally within Cloud/Storage/Managed Services
* Recognized experience leading a team of different sales profiles
* Ability to define and build operational reports and recommend resulting actions/initiatives to improve/grow
* Strong individual contributor and team player with proven Enterprise and Channel sales skills using recognized sales models/frameworks
* Ability to repeatedly generate and close net new logo Enterprise business
* Great sense of service and positive impact on internal/external contacts
* Independent and able to work in fast-paced environment and international context
