The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of Accounts across EVORA’s service lines: Consulting, Managed Services, and Software/Data Platforms.
This is a commercial, client-facing role with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
You will develop and implement strategic account plans, foster senior-level client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth:
Manage a portfolio of Growth Accounts, expanding relationships to meet defined revenue and profitability targets.
Develop and maintain client account plans, including growth strategies, client org charts, relationship mapping, and account prioritisation.
Deliver against agreed targets for signings, revenue, margin, and other role objectives (e.g., cash collection, customer satisfaction).
Business Development & Cross-Selling:
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across EVORA’s integrated service lines.
Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the account portfolio.
Collaboration & Execution:
Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Actively manage account financial performance, including cash collection targets.
Leadership & Coaching:
Provide coaching and direction to Account Managers or Customer Success Managers where relevant.
Skills & Experience Required
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
French or Italian language skills are highly desirable.
Proven experience in an Account Director or senior account management role, ideally within sustainability, real estate, financial services, or technology.
Strong track record of growing client accounts, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
Excellent relationship management skills, with experience building and influencing senior-level client relationships.
Commercially astute with experience managing account financial performance (revenue, margin, cash collection).
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and business development teams.
Skilled in strategic account planning and execution.
