The role designed for you:
You will join the dynamic Commercial Excellence team - within the BU of Fedrigoni Special Paper – based in Milan. The team offers high visibility across the organization and is deeply involved in providing analysis and insights to define the proper Go-to-Market strategies for various brands and sales channels across the different geographies. In this role you will have the chance to become part of a solid team that constantly collaborates with local subsidiaries and top management to reshape and calibrate Fedrigoni's future strategies.
* You will support the team on sales data management and manipulation, commercial analysis, customized dossiers and deep dives, as well as in the forecasting/budgeting process.
* You will prepare and discuss “ad hoc” analysis requested by sales director and the top management.
* You will be operatively involved in all the Sales Excellence projects, to accelerate the transformation journey of the Special Paper Business Unit.
* You will support in preparing the Monthly sales documentation for the meeting with top management and country manager.
* You will manage, maintain, and improve Power BI reporting/dashboarding according to HQ and local business needs.
* You will help spread a culture of "data-driven" decision-making across the organization, assisting other functions in building solid and reliable KPIs to monitor efficiency and performance levels.
The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
* You have a Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering or related fields.
* You have 2 years of experience in consulting firms or complex multinational company within the commercial excellence function.
* You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a result-oriented approach.
* You are a proficient user of Excel, Power Point and Power BI web; knowledge of Access or Power BI desktop is a plus.
* Your eyes sparkle when it comes to analyze commercial data and create an engaging storytelling out of them, clearly presenting outcomes both to senior managers and operational personnel.
* You can connect dots and see unexpected patterns out of dataset.
* You are able to work and deliver results in a complex environment, with tolerance for a certain degree of ambiguity.
* You are reliable, flexible and have great interpersonal skills.
* You are fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken; third language is a plus.
