Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our Sales team to bring new business to the company and manage part of the Kampaay customers portfolio. You will be the point of reference for our clients with the main objective of managing their business needs and to be their consultant for the event requests supported by our Operations team.
You will leverage your deep knowledge of the event world to plan together with our customers their yearly event calendar, guarantee quality and effectiveness using our innovative platform.
Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities, focusing on top accounts with good performances and a predictable future spending, and turn them into signed contracts through different channels;
* You will manage the negotiation and fixing of new contracts, from the 1st meeting with the client to the deal closure;
* You will proactively find solutions for every challenge that occurs on the contract signing by collaborating with all the internal teams (Legal, Engineering, Events);
* You will be an ambassador of Kampaay's innovate way of managing events by presenting and selling our technology to every potential customer;
* You will work closely with the Generation team to define the best strategies to create new business opportunities.
Your Portfolio:
1. You will have to manage customer relationships and work closely with them in order to implement their spending budget;
2. You will lead the onboarding process and the first approach with new customers in order to build long-term relationships;
3. You will manage and implement the activities included in the contract to consolidate the partnership with the client and become their key point for everything concerning the event (following
