The resource i) will be responsible for performing 1st Line of Defence activities related to Non-Financial Risk / Compliance matters within Wholesale Banking, and ii) will support WB COO by taking care of operational tasks related to ensuring the data-quality of WB customer data-base, and its continuous update and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the action tracking of Wholesale Banking issues, contribute to their solution, facilitate the relationship among the relevant (internal and external) stakeholders and follow up the Wholesale Banking overdue rate
2. Execute the key control monitoring on Wholesale Banking related processes. Periodic recalibration of Control Framework vs the local processes and procedures
3. Maintain coverage of regular risk assessment activities and act as focal point, according to yearly local Risk & Control Self-Assessment planning
4. Prepare the Product Approval packages in case of new products or local implementation of central products. Contribute to the execution of the back testing of the existing products, jointly with the gatekeeper of the PARP process.
5. Act as focal point for the reporting of the operational events occurred within Wholesale Banking, included allocation of provisioning (if any)
6. Upload the Key Risk Indicators, identified for Wholesale Banking processes, and assess the results with the 2nd LoD
7. Support Front Office teams in writing and updating the local procedures
8. Ensure the functional alignment with ODCR for planning, way of work and methodology
9. Ensure the data-quality of WB customer database, by registering new counterparties within local and Group systems, and by the continuous update and maintenance of data.
Educational Qualifications
10. High school Diploma or University Degree

11. Advanced user of MS Office
12. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
13. Proven experience in dealing with Non-Financial Risk topics, data quality and maintenance of customer data-base
14. Ability to work in a complex business environment and to manage several priorities
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
