6. Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result;
7. Good communication skills, written and oral, in Italian and English (at least basic);
8. Ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages;
9. Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader;
10. Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities;
11. Strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect;
12. Analytical skills, prioritization of activities, problem solving;
13. Ability to manage concurrent tasks and time/SLA;
14. ITIL and COBIT certifications appreciated;
15. Degree in Engineering or STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics);
16. At least 8-10 years of work experience.
