WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:
:18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial:focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
:Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management. Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management. Advanced analiticity to maximize stores profitability.
:Effective communication skills.
:Goal and process orientated.
:Efficiency decision:making skills.
:Understanding stores needs and acting accordingly.
:Time management.
:Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience. Fluency in English : B2 level or above. We kindly ask interested candidates with a CV fully written in English.

:Overseing and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes.
