Job Title: Presale Engineer Cyber Security
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivering presentations, demonstrations, training, consultation and sales support services to prospective and current clients.
* Working closely with sales team to propose and identify solutions to address customers' requests.
* Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
* Liaising with Sales team developing products/services according to the market insights/needs.
* Identify/Propose upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
* Explore/qualify new opportunity/leads according to the markets/customers insights.
* Build/enhance relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities.
Key Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity issues.
* Broad, several years of specialist know-how in the field of cyber security.
* Proven success in presales and/or consulting in the area of cyber security.
* In-depth knowledge of the security monitoring tools (e.g. QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) and security platform (EDR, NDR, email protection, SASE, etc.).
* Proven experience of a Consultative Selling approach in a customer facing role.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, security professionals, and C-level executives.

* You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
