ZTE Italia is looking for an experienced Key Account in the market who knows how to promote Renewable Energies, Server & Storage Product (SSP), and Cloud & Data Center, to contribute to the business development of the company.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
* Periodic meetings with the decision makers in order to improve customer satisfaction.
* Key target such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, Cash collection closing and monitoring.
* Project milestones and related action points monitoring and review.
* Knowledge and promotion of ZTE technological leadership.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities (SWOT analysis).
* Go to market definition in accordance with Company goals and objectives.
* Develop & Execute the sales and strategic plan to the assigned customer set in accordance with company goals and coordinate the internal team in order to properly manage the project.
* Responsible for Tenders, Orders/invoicing/payment collection (if Payment collection is not in charge of the related Project Manager) for assigned customer set.
* Responsible for forecast and related periodical updating.
* Manage and constantly improve customer relationship.
The successful Candidate
* Telecommunication / technology background: proven experience in the product (Renewable Energies, Server & Storage Product, Data Center) and position in TLC (+8 years).
* Product knowledge.
* Reputation in the market (clients, partners and suppliers).
* Proven knowledge of CRM management, Excel and PPT.
* Build and consolidate effective relationships and excellent communications skills.
* Ability to co-ordinate with various departments, team working.
* Negotiation ability.
* Strategic planning ability.
