We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join our team at Hofmann Services. As an important client, we need someone who can perform various tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Job Description:
* Manage sales invoices and customs documents in a secure and organized manner.
* Closing daily work orders on time to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with the administrative office for accurate invoicing and financial management.
* Provide secretarial services in the logistics office, handling phone calls, photocopies, faxes, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
* Possession of a disability certificate or membership in a protected category is preferred but not mandatory.
What We Offer:
* A permanent/initial temporary contract, leading to permanent employment.
* RAL: €22k per full-time equivalent, adaptable to part-time hours.
