Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive market growth and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will develop effective promotional plans, build trust relationships with key clients, and expand existing customer relationships by proposing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Developing the market business strategy and implementing effective promotional plans to achieve sales targets.
* BUILDING TRUST RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, focusing on smartphones.
* Expanding existing customer relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets.
* Assisting in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, promotion).
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills.
* Proficiency in office software (Excel).
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Management or related field.
* 4-10 years of experience in managing sales or customer relationships at a national level. Experience in the audio/video or electric mobility market is highly valued.
* Knowledge of the Italian CE market.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
