•Market Expansion : Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and grow the wholesale network inMENAcountries.
•Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with Luisa Spagnoli’s brand values.
•Sales Performance : Achieve sales and profitability targets by analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
•Brand Representation : Ensure consistent brand presentation and positioning across the MENA market, in line with corporate guidelines.
•Cross-functional Collaboration : The selected candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics departments.
Qualifications
•Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, with proven experience in wholesale management.
•Language Skills : Fluency in Arabic, Italian and English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
•Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of fashion market dynamics in the MENA region and local consumer behavior.
•Skills : Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong analytical approach to business development.
•Mobility : Willingness to travel frequently within the MENA region and internationally.
