To reveal wonders – through the craft of exceptional products, but also through the development of exceptional and audacious talents.We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.Mission:Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Retail Business Developer has full responsibility (Retail Performance, Net Sales and P&L) for of all Retail / Direct to Retail activities and events as well as Haute Parfumerie / Premium Skincare business development and SPA local coordination and supervision.Main responsibilities: Rinascente: grow Retail performance and market share, propose budget targets based on detailed action plans and ensure perfect execution to reach them. Manage BC teams by setting objectives, targets and guidelines as well as performance follow up on all KPIs including CRM and clienteling.Propose Haute Parfumerie / Premium Skincare business development opportunities outside of existing wholesale distribution (Pop Up Stores, exclusive collaborations, DTC/VIP events, B2B gifting). Plan and execute events and animations, dealing with VIP clients and external partners.Guerlain SPA local coordination: work closely and be the local contact for Guerlain HQ SPA team as well as our SPA operators in Italy (opening mid 2025). Ensure retail execution, commercial follow up, and work actively to develop all potential synergies, collaborations and events to maximize brand awareness and premium business potential.Optimize sales performance and profitability and maintain healthy stock level of Guerlain counters in Department Stores and SPA.Participate to the definition of assortments and forecast for each network and event.Leverage best practices to drive sales and KPI performance.Work closely with Guerlain Retail Analyst to Provide detailed Weekly / Monthly retail performance reports including market trends and competitors’ best practice. Identify risks & opportunities and propose corrective action plans.Embody Guerlain values and heritage and monitor service codes & attitudes within the retail network and be a brand ambassador for Guerlain VIC and high potential prospects.
