Your Responsibilities
1. Support the learning and professional growth of the sales team.
2. Collaborate with sales representatives to identify potential leads and schedule meetings.
3. Track and report all sales activities in a timely manner.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies based on thorough market analysis.
Requirements
* A minimum of three years of experience managing sales teams.
* Prior experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
