Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Form close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
* Achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix through strategic analysis of market opportunities.
* Conduct short and medium-term sales planning regularly, liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) as part of the Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility for sales revenue generated through assigned partners.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets.
* Responsibilities include: End user consultations, liaising with major System integrators, ensuring customer base is updated with product information, increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers, creating a project pipeline with new customers, reporting on sales and project progress, conducting existing customer audit analysis, product and market segmentation, and achieving all budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
* Extensive experience in CCTV and associated technologies or similar market segments.
* Ability to work independently in understanding customer needs and creating professional commercial proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking.
* Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential.
* Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems.
* Business or Technical Degree Level Education is advantageous.
* Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
* Desire to positively impact the market and brand recognition.
* Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and key clients.
* Independent thinking and good judgment.
* Motivation of teams to achieve targets.
* Team player with success in team situations.
* Logical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
* Proactive approach and solution finder.
* Self-motivated and able to work under initiative.
* Project Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* English language essential plus at least one local European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally for candidates living in the Milan area or Southern Italy. The role involves extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside of Italy.
