**Your Mission**
You will manage commercial and contract negotiations with CHEP's largest customers, meeting annual growth targets. This includes defining category strategy and value proposition, identifying and developing growth opportunities, building networks and relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customers' supply chains, procurement, marketing, and driving improved customer experience and engagement.
**What We Are Looking For**
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing, field-based role.
* Relevant industry experience is a plus.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Good presentation skills, strong written communication skills, and interpersonal savvy.
* Promotes a culture of collaboration, agility, inclusion, and diversity.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 360 and Sales force is a plus.
