Selling skills:
1. Be a brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony.
2. Drive sales: warm welcome, exceptional customer approach, use appropriate sales techniques from start to closing the sale.
3. Be part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs (AB and UPT).
4. Provide personalised advice and drive sales according to the customer’s needs.
5. Build customer loyalty and understand customer relationship management.
6. Communicate efficiently and effectively.
7. Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand's iconic pieces.
Operations:
1. Drive sales: Operating till system, take and process payments.
2. Manage the till and customers queuing efficiently.
3. Follow company policy and procedure.
4. Manage customer needs including exchanges, credit notes, and holds.
5. Offer each customer the opportunity to be on the mailing list.
6. Maintain the replenishment of bags, boxes, etc.
7. Follow up stock transfers between stores and manage the faulty items procedure with the support from the manager.
8. Process deliveries.
9. Maintain a luxurious store environment and standards.
10. Answer calls promptly and efficiently, with a pleasant and welcoming manner.
11. Execute the loss prevention procedure and conduct regular inventories.
12. Ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition.
13. Follow health & safety guidelines.
Merchandising:
1. Process deliveries (new collection, replenishment, etc.).
2. Process the replenishment of items on the shop floor according to the ZV Standards.
3. Support Store Management in the VM guidelines implementation.
Languages:
ITALIAN and ENGLISH are required; additional languages are beneficial.
Experience:
You have two years' experience or more in sales, in an upper-end brand, and have a passion for the fashion and luxury world. You can advise and guide a demanding clientele.
You are hard-working, dynamic, energetic with a commitment to customer service.
