We are looking for a highly motivated retail professional to manage our Store in Serravalle.As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets and excel in customer service while supporting Client Development objectives to increase loyalty, retention and generate new businessSet targets and lead team to achieve sales growth and improvements in level of servicePropose challenges to the team to motivate them to reach their targetsSet actions plan to achieve monthly/annual target while reinforcing sales techniques toward the teamCoach the team to become experts in our product and to deliver ultimate levels of serviceMinimize loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followedEnsure provision of a safe working environment to ensure staff and customer wellbeingCoordinate all policies and procedures for stock management and deliveries.Manage client experience ensuring highest standards are metDaily monitored of KPIs and sales results. Track sales performance through weekly and ad-hoc reportingEstablish a training and development program to support team growth and progressionDevelop relationships with our VIP clients thanks to your personal network and professional social media activity (We Chat, Instagram, Facebook, What's app)Constantly maintain the visuals guidelines and standards of presentationPrepare and monitor rolling inventory and annual fiscal inventoryReport activity with qualitative comments and set action plans if neededWork closely with retail management to ensure client needs are met through all critical functional activitiesAnalyze CRM information to understand client data and build communication campaignsPrepare client lists and help implement clientelling actionsPerform client insights / analysis and propose specific actions plans to improve performanceProfilExperience for more than 5 years as Store Manager. An experience at Serravalle would be idealLeader with the ability to direct, inspire and motivate a team to reach targetsExperienced in dealing with and resolving employment relations issuesClient centric and focused on exceptional service standardsDriven with a strong work ethic and professionalismAbility to work with a variety of people in various disciplinesMust be energetic, self-motivated and organizedMust have a strong Fashion knowledgeResults driven (sales, KPI, bonus)Fluent in Italian and English. A third language would be appreciated (Russian, Chinese, Korean, Arabic)Flexible with working hour
