Oversee and enhance online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance;
New Product Launch and Major Platform Promotion Project Management:
Able to independently manage new product launches on the Amazon platform and major promotion events such as PD Black Friday, including but not limited to coordinating internal strategies and processes, communicating platform-side strategies, and securing resources. Responsible for ensuring target achievement and year-on-year growth;
Advertising and Marketing Optimization
Manage and refine online advertising strategies to boost key performance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates;
Business Analysis and Growth
Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion on ecommerce platforms;
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations;
Industry Trend Monitoring
Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain competitive and innovative.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role;
* Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required, while fluency in Italian is preferred;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
* Familiarity with Amazon is highly desirable.
