Manager / Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Developing the market business, setting up effective promotional plans, and achieving sales targets;
2. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, wholesalers, and retailers;
3. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, focusing on smartphones;
4. Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets;
5. Assisting in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, promotion).
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English;
2. Proficiency in office software (Excel);
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Management, or a related degree;
4. 4 to 10 years of experience in managing sales or customer relations at a national level (experience in the audio/video or electric mobility market is a plus);
5. Experience with Amazon is a plus;
6. Knowledge of the Italian CE market;
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations;
9. Location: Milan.
