SaaS Business Developer
Location:
Remote with occasional presence in the Milan and Rome offices
Job Responsibility:
SPACESHIP NATIVA is an innovative SaaS platform that supports SMEs on their path to sustainability. The candidate will be the Sales Manager who will lead the expansion of our customer base, promoting sustainability and ESG solutions to Italian SMEs and in a second step also European.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate the entire B2B and B2C sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
* Develop relationships with SME decision makers and target intermediaries
* Coordinate the drafting of B2B contracts
* Design and conduct platform demos and technical presentations
* Achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with team to ensure smooth post-sales transition
* Contribute to the development of the strategy and business plan
* Constant dialogue with technical SaaS development
Qualifications:
We seek a self-propelled, visionary and pragmatic person, demonstrating exceptional motivation, passion, character, competence, courage, ecological and social intelligence, entrepreneurship, at ease when working with top management levels, independent, able to work in teams, curious, flexible, able to solve problems and challenges with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, are needed.
Specific requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
* Proven track record in achieving business targets
* Knowledge of the ESG market and corporate sustainability
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Autonomy in managing the sales pipeline
* Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools
Plus:
* Experience in start-ups/scale-ups
* Background in ESG or sustainability consulting
* Established network in the Italian SME fabric
