We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform, dedicated to driving business development in the Italian market.
Key responsibilities include cultivating high-value client relationships, engaging Introducing Brokers (IB), implementing client retention strategies, actively contributing to marketing initiatives, and overseeing sales team performance and targets.
This role requires a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.
What will you do in this role:
Business Development:
* Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Italian market.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
* Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
Client Retention:
* Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Marketing Strategies:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Who are we looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
* Candidates must have a existing client & IB list.
* In-depth knowledge of the Italian financial markets.
* Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good Communication in English & Italian is a must.
