Comarch is a global leader in IT solutions, specializing in loyalty management, customer engagement, and digital transformation for top brands worldwide. We help businesses build and manage loyalty programs that drive customer retention and revenue growth.
As we continue expanding in Italy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our Loyalty Solutions across key industries like retail, travel, telco, and finance.
Candidate profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales loyalty programs, CRM, martech, or SaaS solutions
* Strong network in retail, finance, telco, or travel industries in Italy
* Experience in selling B2B tech solutions (software, cloud, digital platforms)
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Fluent in Italian & English (written and spoken)
Your responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients in Italy for our loyalty and engagement solutions.
* Build relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Loyalty, Digital Transformation Leaders).
* Consultative selling to understand client needs and present tailored loyalty solutions.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, consultants, marketing) to create winning proposals.
* Stay ahead of industry trends in customer engagement and loyalty.
