Job Description
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and creation of Instructional Material used by the Talentia HCM Business Partner Development Team to train Sales and Pre-Sales as well as Professional Services representatives of Partners or Distributor organizations. Based on existing presentations and video material, the Instructional Designer will be in charge of the creation of dynamic content, mainly in the form of online courses, in order to streamline the training process of the Partner/Distributor on the Talentia products and, in a much broader sense, in its area of interest, namely Human Capital Management.
In this role you will:
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and HCM SME to create and maintain Talentia Corporate Partner Network documents.
* Create and update training materials that Field Application Specialists use to train Partners and distributors and training documents that are provided to the Partners and or distributor
* Design and develop content for e-Learning, virtual and remote learning, and in-person instructor-led training.
* Design the learning experience of the individual courses.
* Supervise the activities carried out by the Partners regarding the development of courses and digital learning materials.
* Know and manage Learning Management System platforms.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams on planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and Partners deliverables.
We are looking for a professional with:
* Master’s degree in the field with 3+ years of related work experience
* Strong understanding of effective digital Training methodologies.
* Working knowledge of tools for creating e-Learning content like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix or Camtasia
* Working knowledge of tools for creating professional documentation like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Understanding of HCM Solutions and the Human Resources environment will be preferred
