The Area Manager is responsible for driving growth across the J&J Surgical Vision portfolio with sustainable profitability. Moreover, he/she supervises a team of Field Representatives (Specialists, TMs, BDMs, etc.) in the assigned territory. He/she contributes to building Business Plans, Strategy reviews, and ensures proper implementation in the field. He/she manages main HCPs, KOLs, and non-clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory.
