Sales Account Manager Role
We are seeking a sales-focused Account Manager who thrives on building new programs and exploring opportunities while maintaining a commitment to advertiser success.
Responsibilities
* Owning business development and execution of Amazon Business advertising program across a portfolio of large customer sales advertisers.
* Identifying and building relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations, mapping complex organizational structures to find revenue opportunities and the right points of contact.
* Driving new business development through consultative selling, including pipeline building, opportunity management, and strategic negotiations to expand adoption of Amazon Business advertising solutions.
* Guiding clients through the adoption of new advertising products while ensuring performance targets are met.
* Partnering with existing account teams to identify opportunities and create integrated advertising solutions.
* Collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence product development roadmap.
* Developing and implementing scalable processes for program success, including creating standardized approaches for client onboarding and success measurement frameworks.
Requirements
* 5+ years work experience in the advertising industry and sales role.
* Experience in digital advertising.
* Full Funnel experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT) and search marketing.
* Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and building new business relationships.
* Adept at solving problems that span business and technology.
* Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes.
* Experience in B2B digital advertising.
* Experience in launching new products or services to large customer clients.
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
* Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
