Job Description
The candidate will have a 5-10 year experience in the power and gas sales to SME and micro-business customers in the Italian Market. Previous experience and managed portfolio of Agencies in the sales to the Household Segment will be positively evaluated.
The candidate will have to bring a loyal and efficient sales agents’ portfolio and will have to work to continuously develop and improve it. She/he will be dynamic and entrepreneurial, capable to develop and propose new products and to attract the customers thanks to additional services and specific consultancy in the management of the energy sourcing.
The candidate will also interact with all the company functions, namely Operations, Back-office, Legal and Credit in order to constantly pursue a full alignment of objectives and with the target to optimize daily activities all across the value chain and to deliver a top class service to the customers.
MET Italian headquarters are in Milan. Nonetheless a different geographic location of the candidate will not be a show-stopper in the selection process. On the contrary, it might be positively evaluated.

The Compensation Package will be related to the seniority of the candidate and will be split between a fix and a variable component. The relevant Labor Contract will be Contratto del Commercio.
