Procurement Activities Specialist
Within the Company's Projects and Services Department, this role is responsible for Procurement activities related to Technical and consultancy services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with suppliers for best costs and service levels.
* Organize and run tenders using the e-Procurement System (SAP Ariba).
* Structure and perform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding.
* Prepare and negotiate Contracts/Frame Agreements with suppliers in autonomy.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and protocols.
* Identify and propose cost savings / process improvement opportunities through interfacing with Group Companies and Internal Stakeholders.
Required Skills:
* University Degree in Business & Economics or Engineering.
* Over 6 years of Purchasing experience.
* End-to-end tender management experience.
* Able to lead and develop junior resources.
* Strong negotiation skills with suppliers for costs and contracts Terms & Conditions.
* Ability to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Solid problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proven team player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
* Proficient with MS Office applications, SAP, and Ariba.
