Junior Account Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding the Pickup network in Italy, while driving business growth through new commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and own the Pickup network in Italy, working with existing partners and converting new leads into opportunities.
* Drive Pickup Locations CX to ensure best-in-class experience, service, and convenience.
* Interact with small businesses to contribute to division growth through new commercial relationships.
* Manage offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners to increase awareness and utilization.
* Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports using Excel and other analytical tools.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and operational background with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
* Experience in strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
* Fluency in both English and Italian (English will be the primary business language).
* Experience in all phases of account management including prospecting, acquisition, integration, and retention of partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in IT/network roll-outs or similar projects.
* Track record in stakeholder management.
* Experience in e-commerce or logistics sectors.
