3. Handling check-in, check-out activities as well as other related tasks.
4. Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
5. Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
6. Managing the VIP interactions, assuring prompt and effective service delivery and follow up.
7. Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
8. Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.
