Business Development Manager (development route to Sales Director)

We are currently partnering with a global leader within the primary packaging markets that services a range of premium market segments, such as fragrance, beauty, personal care, and homecare.
The business has over employees and manufacturing across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia, supporting a wide range of global and local customers with an expansive range of innovative packaging solutions.
The opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Sales, this new appointment will take responsibility for winning and developing customers within the Italian markets across a range of key market segments.
We’re looking for an ambitious business development manager, who is looking for career development into leadership alongside being able to actively influence product market strategy.
Key Requirements
1. We are looking for a candidate with a great understanding across one or more of the key markets (homecare, personal care, and beauty).
2. We are looking for candidates that currently operate within sales, technical sales, product management, and even procurement that may be looking for an opportunity to grow their career within a global packaging manufacturer.
3. This role will manage and evaluate large amounts of data, so this individual will need strong analytical capabilities.
4. Alongside, we are looking for an individual who has the potential and ambition to grow and develop into a future leadership position.
