Job Description
The Sales Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director will be responsible of the following tasks:
1. Responsibility of a team of 10 HC with 3 direct reports;
2. Close support and coaching to all Sales Agents with a client facing attitude
3. Strategic view on market coverage, budgeting and KPI setting for ll departments;
4. Full P&L ownership;
5. Participation to Board meetings with a proactive and growing mindset;
6. Identification on new business opportunities and internal sharing of new business streams;
7. Foster a cross business collaboration by introducing possible deals to other BU
8. Maintain a Team culture spirit were overall results are more important than individual ones.
