Senior Store Manager: Candidate Profile

Job Mission
1. Ensure store performance meets economic goals (budget and target achievement)
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities in your store (events, animations, new product launches, CRM campaigns)
3. Manage store financial statements (inventorial differences, management costs, personnel costs) and propose strategies to optimize cost items
4. Analyze and animate customer behavior KPIs (entrances, average spend, items per transaction)
5. Maintain stock levels in compliance with product cycles and merchandising strategies
6. Apply corporate procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services
7. You will be the leader of your store, managing Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), who will welcome customers and animate the sales floor
8. Collaborate with your Area Manager and HR department to design personalized internal growth paths
Requirements
1. At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts
2. Knowledge of main commercial KPIs, budget management, daily analysis, and reporting
3. Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills
4. Strong results orientation
5. Predisposition for managing complex and numerous teams, guiding them towards objectives, and creating a virtuous team spirit
