Description: A Unique opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Senior Sales Manager/Account Director- International Markets specialist!
We are looking for a talented sale enthusiastic with a strong MICE, Corporate and Entertainment background to further develop our key feeder markets for Armani Hotel Milano.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increase client base in all segments mainly in UK and Key European Countries through consistent sales and marketing activities to generate and boost revenues for the hotel.
• Knowledge of Entertainment Segment is considered a plus
• Collaborate with the appropriate Department in respect of group’s special arrangements
• Qualify group business to generate rooms and catering revenue to impact RevPar performance.
•Collaborate with DOSM to a corporate rate strategy for local accounts and RFP’s for volume accounts
• Create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
• Achieve monthly targets as set by DOSM based on Monthly production report of live accounts and other specific targets as laid out by DOSM in line with hotel's overall budget.
• Track and focus on conversion to ensure hotel revenue objectives are impacted and achieved.
• Understand and maximize the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) involved with group business.
• Participate in sales & revenue meetings and strategy meetings as required.
• Respond and maintain effective correspondence with all potential and existing clients.
• Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans.
• Participation and contribution to annual Marketing Plan including proposing and managing territory sales expenses and travel budgets
