BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The role will be covered in our headquarters in Milan; The person will be responsible for all the activities about front and back office, being a main reference for all the requests received by internal and external customers.
The person who’ll cover the position should belong to L.68/99 category.
The chosen profile will directly respond to Front Office Coordinator.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
* Visitor Reception: Receive visitors at the site, directing them to the correct person/room. Issue badges and identification cards.
* Support via Email/Phone: Provide information in person, by phone or via email. Support colleagues in booking company parking spaces and meeting rooms.
* Call Handling: Receive incoming/outgoing calls and handle inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Forward calls to the appropriate person and take messages as needed.
* Correspondence Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage couriers relationship.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist colleagues with photocopying, document completion, or office material ordering.
