The Impact You'll Make
As a Welcome Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your warm welcome and genuine smile will make our guests feel at home. You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins, answering queries, and providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local areas of interest. You will also ensure that our guests have a smooth and enjoyable check-out experience.

What You'll Do
* Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and activating room keys
* Assist with monitoring and taking care of the Mobile Guest Service Control Panel
* Review the panel to process mobile check-in requests, prepare room assignments according to arrival times, and pre-register guests with keys
* Process all check-outs, including resolving any late or disputed charges
* Review the panel to process mobile check-out requests, perform check-outs on the PMS system, and follow up with e-folios sent to guests
* Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
* Co-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report any guest concerns
* Answer, respond to, and process all guest calls, messages, questions, or concerns
* Provide guests with information and directions regarding property and local areas of interest
* Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
* Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
* Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks, count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance, and drop receipts according to accounting specifications
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines
* Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
* Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Shift Leaders
What We're Looking For
* Fluent in English
* Previous Front Office experience is a plus
* Understanding of rooms operations and luxury hospitality
* Ideally, technical knowledge of Opera
* A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude
* Positive outlook and outgoing personality
* Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability
* The ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time across a work shift
